Up to 15 kids – 1 Coach

More than 15? Add an additional coach for $105 – up to 30 participants.

Participants should bring enclosed sports shoes, comfortable activewear, and a water bottle.

The room and court will be set up with your preferred activity; staff will be on site to direct participants to the multipurpose room/ court.

Feel free to bring your own food and cake – please be mindful of mess and damage to the centre. Cordial, nuts and popcorn are not permitted, and the centre is alcohol-free with no food or drinks on the courts. St Ives Sports Centre has a kiosk open for small snacks and drinks.

We provide a tablecloth and birthday banner. Bringing your own decorations? Just check with staff first. Everything needs to be taken down and cleared away by the end of your session.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Parties are non-refundable for change of mind, though postponement or credit may be available with a valid medical certificate, at the centre manager’s discretion.

To keep things safe, no extra guests can be added on the day.

You can access your space only at your booked start time, and need to vacate by your agreed finish time.

A parent or guardian must stay on-site for the whole party.

All participants follow the coaches’ instructions for safety. If behaviour becomes unsafe, a warning will be given, repeat issues mean we’ll contact the parent/carer, and continued unsafe behaviour may mean that child’s participation ends for the session.

Excess mess or rubbish may incur a $200 cleaning fee.

St Ives Sports Centre may need to cancel due to staff shortages or extreme circumstances, if this happens, you’ll receive a full refund.
