Supervision Policy
- All our staff have valid Working with Children Checks, Police Checks, First Aid/CPR and relevant sports coaching experience.
- At drop off you must sign your child in.
- At pick up you must sign your child out.
- Please inform our staff if your child has any medical conditions, allergies and/or behavioural issues.
- All participants must be signed in and out by a responsible adult. Children will not be permitted to leave unaccompanied without prior written authorisation.
- Photos and videos may be taken during program activities for promotional purposes. Your consent (or refusal) will be recorded upon booking. If you do not wish for your child to appear in promotional material, please indicate this clearly at the time of enrolment.
What to Wear and Bring?
We recommend you wear sporty, comfortable clothing. The centre is air-conditioned but we do anticipate your child will work up a sweat. Please ensure your child has a water bottle, and enclosed shoes. No jewellery or electronic devices are permitted.
Please bring recess and lunch. We do have a kiosk selling snacks, ice creams and drinks onsite.

Terms & Conditions
- All parents agree to the court conditions of entry, which can be reviewed upon entering the facility and will be sent upon confirmation.
- Bookings are non refundable, we do allow a transfer of dates due to illness with a medical certificate supplied.
- Participants are expected to follow all instructions from staff, parents will be asked to collect their child if behaviour becomes a safety concern.
- Please contact us if your child has a listed medical condition, allergy or behavioural diagnosis.
- Drop off begins at 8:30am and all children must be picked up by 3:30pm to avoid a late sign-out fee.
