    Basketball

    Basketball is a high energy team sport played on a rectangular court with a hoop at each end. Each team consists of five players who work together to score points by shooting the ball through the opponent’s hoop.

  • Netball

    Netball is a fast-paced team sport played on a court with a raised goal at each end. Teams consists of seven players, and the objective is to score goals.

    Pickleball

    Pickleball is a fun and engaging paddle sport combining elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Played on a smaller court with a perforated plastic ball and a solid paddle.

    Volleyball

    Volleyball is an exciting team sport played on a rectangular court divided by a net. Each team consists of six players, and the objective is to score points.
